Provider Partnerships Manager

Systole Health is transforming women’s heart health with group virtual care. We offer longer, virtual appointments which include health coaching, medication management and community support to improve blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and excess weight.  Our business model is to partner with health systems and practices, allowing them to optimize fee-for-service billing and clinical outcomes through our group virtual care service. It's an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Systole's growth strategy by securing foundational partnerships that will drive revenue and help establish Systole as a leader in women's heart health.

The Provider Partnerships Manager will be pivotal in identifying, recruiting, and signing new provider groups to join Systole. You will manage and nurture relationships with prospective and active customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and ongoing engagement. Your role will involve tracking and managing communication, generating and updating sales materials, and collaborating closely with our CEO to secure our initial customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Recruit Providers: Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit new provider groups that align with Systole’s mission and goals.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and active provider groups. Serve as the primary point of contact and manage ongoing communications.
  • Track and Report: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Provide regular reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Sales Materials: Create and update sales materials to effectively communicate Systole’s value proposition to potential partners.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO to strategize and implement initiatives to grow the enterprise arm and secure key customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise with partners and develop solutions to ensure a positive partnership experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development, with a proven track record of selling to provider groups and managing client relationships.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, close contracts, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with virtual care or digital health solutions is preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve measurable results.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling sales pitches and negotiating deals.

Contract Details

  • Remote contract to hire position, must be available to travel within New England occasionally (1X per month.) Initial performance will be evaluated based on specific metrics, including the number of provider groups recruited, the quality of relationships established, and progress in the sales pipeline. 
  • Part-time, working 10-20 hours weekly, between 9AM-6PM ET.
